Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Mitigating risk tooling that supports executives
KPIs to measure learning and development, and innovation.
DSA has developed a suite of KPIs that are a scalable set of metrics for large SME and enterprise that need ROI data for programs of learning, and innovation measurement. Telling the performance story is everything.
Our KPIs are drawn from the design and innovation practice outcomes (graded manifest variables), and sentiment and inclination (survey latent variables) that visualise the overall threshold performance of a learning and developmemt ROI.
We suggest that learning and development ecosystem is a partnership between the provider, executives and HR. And innovation KPIs are include product development, sales and executive teams.
